Information We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to send through the contact form:
- Your name and email address
- Your organisation, if provided
- The practice you are interested in and how you heard about Melius, if provided
- Your preferred language and the language of the page you used
- The content of your message
How We Use It
We use this information to read and reply to your enquiry and to continue any discussion you ask us to have. We do not add you to mailing lists, use your information for advertising, or sell it.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, in your message.
Spam Protection
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which assesses whether a submission comes from a person. To do this, reCAPTCHA collects information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and how you interact with the page, and sends it to Google. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
When you submit the form, our server sets one strictly necessary session cookie (melius_contact) to limit repeated submissions. It contains no personal details and expires when you close your browser.
Fonts And Technical Data
The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when pages load.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, to operate and secure the website.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Sharing
Your enquiry is delivered to our mailbox through our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless the law requires it.
Retention
We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to respond and to manage any work that follows, and then delete them.
International Transfers
Melius Advisory is based in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to the United States.
Your Choices And Rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by writing to contact@melius-advisory.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will respond to requests as that law requires.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
